Key Responsibilities
Care & Education
Provide a high standard of physical, emotional, and educational care for children.
Engaging Activities
Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities that support children's development across all areas of the EYFS.
Key Person
Take on Key Person responsibilities for a small group of children, tracking their progress and building strong bonds.
Parent Partnership
Work closely with parents and carers, providing daily updates on their child's routine and learning journey.
Teamwork
Work collaboratively with the Room Leader and the wider nursery team to ensure a smooth, happy daily routine.
Requirements
Qualification
Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification (Essential).
Experience
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
Attitude
A proactive, energetic, and nurturing personality.
Compliance
A solid understanding of Safeguarding and child protection procedures.
