About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced, creative, strategic and results-driven Group Social Media Manager to develop and deliver a social media strategy that aligns with Exclusive Collection’s business objectives, whilst ensuring we hold a competitive presence within social media.

This is both a hands-on and strategic role, delivering the day-to-day execution of social media across all Exclusive Collection brands and channels, whilst setting the direction of travel and ensuring goals and action plans support our commercial and brand objectives.

About the TeamTeamwork is incredibly important to us at Exclusive Collection and this role will be joining a lean, mean (well, we’re actually rather lovely) marketing machine as the sixth member of the team. All marketing is delivered at group level, with support from agencies and our incredible teams at our properties.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver an annual social media strategy across organic, paid and influencer marketing for all business segments.

• Shape the voice and visual identity of all Exclusive Collection’s brands on social media, ensuring this reflects our tone of voice, values and unique brand identities.
• Keep up to date with the latest social media functionality and trends to identify when and where we should invest in emerging opportunities.
• Support and work collaboratively with wider marketing and property teams to ensure all social media-related touchpoints and wider marketing objectives are achieved.
• Review and report on social media performance, delivering insights to improve results and inform refinement in strategy.
• Embody the Exclusive Collection values and expectations as a B Corp business in your day-to-day work practice.

Person Specification- Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms and accounts for a hospitality, luxury, lifestyle or similar brand.

• Strong commercial understanding of influencer marketing, social media advertising and wider digital marketing ecosystems.
• Passionate and proactive storyteller with excellent copywriting and visual judgement.
• Highly organised and self-driven, comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
• Confident managing and working with stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
• Passionate about hospitality and social media, with the confidence to combine strategic direction with hands-on delivery.

Group Role and Flexibility

This is a group role and you will have a home property based on the location closest to you. Frequent travel will be required across the rest of the collection, with some flexibility to work remotely. We are happy to discuss any flexibility requirements with you at interview stage.
