• Up to £41,600 basic salary per annum, dependent on experience
• Potential earnings of £50,000+ including overtime
• Overtime paid at time and a half for hours above 40 per week
• Flexible working hours to support work-life balance
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with optional Saturday mornings for overtime
• 33 days annual leave, including bank holidays

Duties

• Conduct servicing and maintenance on pick-up trucks and light commercial vehicles
• Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) to ensure vehicles meet quality standards
• Diagnose and repair vehicle faults efficiently and accurately
• Provide technical updates and explanations to customers when required
• Complete all necessary paperwork promptly and accurately
• Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment
• Support workshop organisation and adhere to safety regulations
• Collaborate with service administration and senior technicians
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programmes

Requirements as a

Pick-Up Truck Technician

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (Light Commercial or Heavy Vehicle)
• Proven experience working on pick-up trucks and light commercial vehicles
• Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to work independently
• Experience with vehicles such as Ford Ranger, Toyota Hilux, Nissan Navara, Mitsubishi L200, or similar is advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
• Positive attitude and motivation to deliver high-quality service
• Full driving licence
• Flexibility in working hours to meet business needs
