Up to £41,600

As Deputy Nursery Manager, you'll play an integral role in supporting the team, maintaining excellent standards, and helping children achieve their full potential.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above – essential
• Previous senior experience within a nursery setting – essential
• Experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager, Third in Charge, or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A child-centred approach with a passion for supporting development and school readiness
• Ability to motivate and support a team to maintain high standards

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the nursery
• Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional care and education
• Ensuring high standards are maintained in line with EYFS and Ofsted requirements
• Supporting children's development, confidence, and school readiness
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Supporting staff development and promoting best practice across the setting
• Maintaining safeguarding, health & safety, and operational standards
