£35,000 - £45,000 per annum | 40 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead a well-established Montessori nursery committed to providing exceptional early years education in a nurturing, child-centred environment.

Guided by Montessori principles, the setting encourages children to develop independence, confidence, and a genuine love of learning through exploration and discovery. This role is ideal for a strong and inspiring leader who can drive high standards, support a dedicated team, and ensure the nursery continues to provide outstanding experiences for children and families.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Nursery Manager – essential
• Level 3 Early Years
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
• Experience maintaining high standards of care, education, and compliance
• Ability to inspire, develop, and motivate a team
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Passion for child-centred learning and early years excellence

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day operations of the nursery
• Supporting and developing a high-performing team
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education in line with EYFS
• Maintaining safeguarding, compliance, and operational standards
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and staff
• Driving continuous improvement and maintaining excellent nursery standards
• Creating a positive and inspiring culture throughout the setting
