Overview - GOV.UK Undertake day-to-day assessment of service users mental health, physical function, and ability to engage in activities, and adapt programmes accordingly. To plan, teach, implement, and review individual and group exercise programmes, and sports sessions to promote/improve physical and mental wellbeing in both gym and community settings. Deliver a range of physical and therapeutic activities (e.g. gym sessions, walking, cycling, group exercise, sports). To complete service user records and other required documentation. To maintain, repair and ensure correct and safe functioning of all gymnasium/ sports equipment. Including organising outside repairs and warranties etc and planning for new equipment. To work closely with the Social and Recovery Team and Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) in coordinating and facilitating client centred activities.
