An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Baby Room Leader to play a key role in shaping children's earliest experiences and supporting a high-performing team within a nurturing and child-focused environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification – essential
• Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner – desirable
• Experience working with babies and young children
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
• An understanding of Montessori principles or a desire to learn more
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the baby room and ensuring the highest standards of care and education
• Creating a nurturing, stimulating environment that supports babies' development
• Planning and delivering engaging learning experiences in line with EYFS and Montessori principles
• Supporting and mentoring colleagues within the room
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and team members
• Monitoring children's progress and supporting their individual development journeys
• Ensuring safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are consistently followed
