Our client is a global leader in wheelchair passenger safety and accessibility solutions, is looking for a creative and hands-on Product Innovation Engineer to help shape the next generation of mobility and vehicle accessibility technology.

From prototype development and testing to advanced vehicle integration, this is your chance to work on meaningful engineering projects that improve safety, independence, and quality of life for people around the world.

What You'll Be Doing

✨ Designing and developing cutting-edge mobility and vehicle adaptation systems

️ Creating prototypes using CAD, fabrication, and rapid prototyping methods

Supporting products from concept through to production release

Collaborating with engineering teams across the UK, US, and Sweden

Participating in crash testing, durability testing, and validation activities

Driving innovation and continuous improvement across the engineering function

What We're Looking For

✔️ Degree or HNC/HND in Mechanical, Automotive, or Product Design Engineering

✔️ Experience in product development, R&D, or prototype engineering

✔️ Strong hands-on engineering and problem-solving skills

✔️ Experience with 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks

✔️ Passion for innovation, accessibility, and meaningful product design

✔️ Proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent teamwork skills
