Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting students to achieve their full potential? We are looking for an Exams Access Arrangements Administrator to join our dedicated and supportive team.
In this vital role, you will ensure that students who require access arrangements for examinations receive appropriate and timely support in line with JCQ regulations. You will work closely with specialist assessors, teaching staff, and the Exams Office to deliver a high-quality, compliant service that supports student success.
Main Responsibilities
- Work alongside specialist assessors to ensure JCQ Access Arrangements regulations are followed
- Gather and collate evidence for access arrangements, including teacher and medical evidence
- Liaise with schools to obtain information regarding students’ prior access
arrangements
About You
The ideal candidate will have
- Experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in working with standard office applications such as MS word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Ability to manage own workload
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
