The role

Deliver tailored 1
1 tuition sessions to students with SEN
- Support students both in-person and online
- Adapt learning materials and teaching strategies to meet individual needs
- Build positive relationships and encourage student confidence and engagement
- Work flexibly around student availability
The ideal candidate will have
- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach
- A DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
- Right to work in the UK
