Waiter Requirements

Previous experience in quality restaurants, ideally with an interest in Mediterranean or Greek cuisine

Warm, engaging, and guest‑focused, with a natural ability to create memorable dining experiences

Reliable, proactive, and confident working in a fast‑paced, brasserie‑style environment

A genuine team player who takes pride in service and enjoys being part of a close‑knit opening team
