About this role
We are seeking a reliable, kind, patient, safety minded and compassionate Minibus Driver to provide transport for children and young people with disabilities at our residential home.
The role involves driving a 15 seater minibus, ensuring safe, comfortable journeys for our disabled children, supporting them with a range of needs to access activities, outings, and community opportunities.
Requirements
- Must hold a D1 license and be willing to undertake MIDAS training (Minibus Assessment Driving Training)
- Experience working with children or vulnerable groups is an advantage
- Strong awareness of safety, patience, and good communication skills
- Weekend and school holiday availability
