We're looking for an Administrator who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to administrative schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Administration

-Prepare, review, and maintain service contracts and related documentation.

-Monitor contract compliance, renewals, and performance indicators.

-Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments regarding contractual matters.

-Maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems.

-Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and procurement documentation.

-Ensure all administrative processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.

BICS Training Duties

-Deliver BICS-certified cleaning and hygiene training programs.

-Conduct practical demonstrations and classroom-based instruction.

-Assess trainee competency and maintain training records.

-Support staff development and refresher training initiatives.

-Ensure cleaning procedures align with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

-Promote best practices in cleaning operations and infection control.

Compliance & Health and Safety

-Ensure adherence to COSHH, health and safety regulations, and company procedures.

-Conduct audits and inspections where required.

-Support continuous improvement initiatives across cleaning operations.

Required Qualifications

-BICS Trainer qualification or relevant BICS certification.

-Experience in contract administration or facilities management.

-Knowledge of cleaning industry standards and procedures.

-Strong administrative and organizational skills.

-Good communication and presentation abilities.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Skills

-Experience in training delivery and staff coaching.

-Understanding of compliance and quality assurance processes.

-Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

-Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions

-Office and site-based work environment.

-May require travel between client locations.

-Flexible working hours may occasionally be required.
