Key Responsibilities Administrative and Coordination support Coordinate meeting and training event logistics (e.g. bookings, invites, agendas). Maintain accurate project records using established systems (SharePoint, GDrive, Teams). Support data entry, tracker updates, and collation of information for reports and evaluations. Assist with general administrative duties including inbox management and document preparation.Stakeholder and Communication support Act as the first point of contact for routine queries related to programmes. Support proactive communication with stakeholders through email correspondence and meeting follow-ups. Assist in drafting content for newsletters, updates, and other stakeholder materials.Project Delivery support Support and lead on aspects of the day-to-day delivery of projects and programmes in line with agreed timelines. Provide high level administration support for the end-to-end programme management of NEL wide nursing development programmes. Lead on participant progress tracking, training completion monitoring and milestone logging. Support financial processes, liaising with the finance team as required. Lead on general administrative duties including inbox management and document preparation. Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of education & training programmes, ensuring adherence to training objectives, timelines, and quality standards within agreed timescales. Lead on the administration of training sessions, workshops, and seminars, including scheduling, logistics, participant registration, and materials preparation and be present to support the administration delivery in person at required events. Support communication with stakeholders through email correspondence and meeting follow-ups.
