About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented PPM Maintenance Engineer to join our fast-paced Operations team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on professional with a strong foundation in facilities maintenance who is eager to upscale their skills in safety, compliance, and multi-site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

Execute weekly PPM tasks across our commercial estate to ensure full site compliance.

Data & Asset Tracking

Log, track, and update maintenance progress using internal digital tools and templates.

Collaboration

Work closely with senior Maintenance Specialists to ensure accurate asset capture and robust data logging.

Continuous Improvement

Support proactive maintenance strategies and identify ways to improve our compliance tracking.

Compliance & Logistics

Lead and assist with critical compliance initiatives, including PAT testing, fire extinguisher servicing, and specialist electrical compliance works.

Requirements

-

18th Edition Wiring Regulations.

City & Guilds PAT Testing qualification.

-

Fire Warden or Fire Extinguisher servicing experience.
