Technical Manager

We are looking for a collaborative and creative team leader to join our Production & Technical Team as Technical Manager. Working with the Production Manager, Event Delivery Team and Head of Production & Technical, you will lead and support the Senior Technician and casual technician team, helping to set and maintain the high standards of technical delivery at BAC.

You will work to deliver a professional and helpful service to both BAC’s live programme and commercial events. You will be responsible for the management of the Technical team and resources ensuring that the team offers the highest standards of technical support to both emerging and established artists. You will be professional, enthusiastic and resourceful in planning the use of technical resources, managing equipment & storage across the building and ensuring technical delivery meets the standards expected by BAC.
