About this role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Commercial Product team, working at the heart of how Tesco builds, manages, and optimises the products we sell. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape tools and platforms used across our commercial organisation, helping colleagues make smarter decisions, move faster, and deliver better outcomes for customers.
You’ll work closely with engineering, programme teams, and commercial stakeholders to define problems, prioritise work, and deliver products that drive measurable impact. You’ll have clear ownership of a product area, autonomy to make decisions, and the support of a strong leadership team as you grow.
- - Lead end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation through to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives and success criteria in line with business goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and milestones.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
- Build, lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
- Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Provide regular status updates, reporting progress, risks and issues.
- Identify, assess and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
- Monitor project performance against agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
- Manage change control processes and maintain project governance.
- Support to map and record associated processes.
- Deliver measurable business value and benefits realisation from project outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and best practice.
- Support capability building and knowledge sharing across the wider team.
- Follow our Business Code of Conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence.
- Project Management experience within a large organisation and strong understanding of Project Management methodology.
