We are seeking a Commercial & Supplier Administrator to provide essential commercial, operational and financial support across the account.
This role plays a key part in ensuring business cases, purchase orders and supplier engagements are managed accurately and efficiently, supporting informed operational and commercial decision‑making.
Job Description
Working closely with Commercial, Operations and Finance teams, you will help ensure pricing accuracy, supplier compliance and smooth end‑to‑end job delivery.
With strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach, you will support operational excellence while maximising available commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Raise, manage and maintain business cases, including daily oversight of the Business Case Register
Create, manage, receipt and close purchase orders following business case approval
Track job completion, receipt invoices and ensure accurate closure of business cases
Review, validate and challenge supplier quotations, schedules of rates and pricing accuracy
Support timely, accurate invoicing and resolve commercial queries with Operations and Finance teams
Assist with pricing for new opportunities, contract price changes and optimisation of commercial models
Liaise with Operations teams and suppliers to support successful job delivery and completed works review
Support supplier compliance and documentation, including RAMS, standing instructions, certifications, insurance and SAWD
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Proven experience raising purchase orders and managing supplier spend
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Experience providing administrative support, ideally within a Facilities Management environment
Proactive, flexible and adaptable approach to work
Team‑focused with a high level of self‑motivation
Good understanding of client business needs and key commercial drivers
