Full-time (37.5 hours per week)Join our caring team at Cressex Road, a friendly supported living home for six adults aged 34-91. We work together to create an inclusive, respectful environment where each person feels supported, understood and empowered to live as independently as possible.The RoleAs an Assistant Support Worker, you will:Support with personal care in a dignified, compassionate wayAssist with medication and daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgetingEncourage individuals to take part in community activities and local outingsFollow tailored support plans and risk assessmentsBuild positive, trusting relationships and promote independence

Early shifts

7:00am - 3:00pm

Late shifts

2:00pm - 10:00pmIncludes one sleep-in shift per week (paid at £52.78 per night)Based on a two-week rolling rotaRequired to work every other weekendAbout YouYou are caring, reliable and proactive, with the ability to adapt to different needs and communicate well with others.
