Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship
Got a passion for content and want to turn it into a career? Join our creative and supportive Marketing team and gain hands-on experience creating content that makes an impact.
We are looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator Apprentice to help capture college life across our campuses from filming behind-the-scenes moments and student stories to creating scroll-stopping social content, campaigns and videos.
You will work alongside an amazing team of marketers, designers and digital specialists while gaining hands-on experience and a nationally recognised qualification.
Some of what you will do
- Create content for social media, websites and marketing campaigns
- Film and edit short-form video including Reels and event coverage
- Capture photography and behind-the-scenes content across campuses
- Support campaign planning, scheduling and content delivery
- Update website content using a CMS
- Monitor content performance
- Work with internal teams and external agencies
- Support the growth and development of an exciting and evolving brand

- What we are looking for
- You do not need professional experience - just creativity, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
We would love to hear from you if you
- Love social media, content creation and digital trends
- Enjoy filming, editing or creating content
- Are creative, organised and proactive
- Work well in a team
- Have good communication skills
- Have experience with Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite (desirable, not essential)
- Have a driving licence and/or access to transport
Qualifications
Minimum GCSE Grade 4 /C or Equivalent Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English
Training and support
You will complete a Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship delivered by Chichester College, including
- Monthly online classes
- One-to-one support from a dedicated assessor
- On-the-job learning
- Group workshops and regular progress reviews
