JOB DESCRIPTION

Experienced Site Manager required for retail refurbishment projects across major supermarket and retail chains including Aldi, Sainsbury's, Morrisons and Lidl.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage day-to-day site operations

* Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel

* Ensure works are completed safely and efficiently

* Monitor project progress against programme

* Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks

* Maintain health and safety compliance at all times

* Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers

* Complete site documentation and reports

* Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project

* Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project delivery

REQUIREMENTS

* Valid SMSTS Certificate (Essential)

* Valid First Aid at Work Certificate (Essential)

* Previous experience managing retail refurbishment projects

* Experience working on Aldi, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Lidl or similar retail fit-out projects

* Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations

* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* CSCS Card (Preferred)

* Reliable and professional approach
