We are representing a premium aesthetic technology equipment distributor based in Slough. They supply high-end, cutting-edge devices to clinics and businesses across the UK. We are looking for a highly organised, hands-on Operations Coordinator to join the team.

What you'll be doing

Engineer Scheduling

Coordinating and booking site visits for a team of 3 specialist engineers, managing diaries, and ensuring efficient route planning.

Logistics Coordination

Managing the movement, delivery, and tracking of high-value equipment and demonstration units for the sales team.

Stock Management

Hands-on work in the workshop when required, ensuring new deliveries of equipment are checked, stored and distributed efficiently

Customer Support

Acting as the first point of contact for client queries, updating them on engineer ETAs, and resolving service-related issues.

Problem Solving

Reacting quickly when plans change.

What we are looking for

-

Proven Experience

A solid background in operations coordination, service coordination, hire desk control, or logistics. Experience dealing with field-based engineers, technicians, or drivers would be highly desirable.

Calm Under Pressure

A role like this requires you to be adaptable and make decisions effectively, even whilst under pressure.

Top-Tier Communication

An excellent telephone manner and the ability to manage customer expectations professionally.

Tech Savvy

Competent with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning internal scheduling/operational software.
