B-Wave / Flex Driver - Courier Driver

GR Employment Ltd is recruiting for a B-Wave / Flex Driver on behalf of one of our customers in Maidstone, Panattoni Park area.

We are seeking flexible and motivated individuals who can adapt to varying routes and workloads while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

As a B-Wave / Flex Driver, you will support the operation by covering different delivery routes and assisting during peak periods. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day and can quickly adapt to changing priorities.

Shift pattern

Monday to Friday 08:45 to 18:15 or 11:00 to 18:00

30 minutes unpaid break

Hourly Rate

£14.73 per hour

Shift Premium

Extra £2.80 per hour after 7.00 pm

Saturday Premium

Extra £1.22 per hour

Sunday Premium

Extra £2.27 per hour

Job Responsibilities

As a B-Wave / Flex Driver, you will support the operation by covering different delivery routes and assisting during peak periods. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day and can quickly adapt to changing priorities.

Complete deliveries and collections across various routes

You must demonstrate excellent planning and organisational skills to effectively prioritise tasks and meet customer expectations. While you will be assigned a specific geographical route, flexibility is essential, as you may occasionally be required to cover alternative routes to support business needs.

You will also be responsible for scanning shipments and working quickly and efficiently to ensure warehouse deadlines are met. The role requires the ability to make sound decisions and perform effectively under pressure.

Job Qualifications

Full UK driving license

Experience in a multi-drop courier role is preferred but not required

Security Training will be given when required

For insurance purposes, you must be at least 21 years old and have no more than 9 penalty points on your driving licence within the last 3 years

Security checks

As this role is based within a major UK airport, all applicants will be required to complete pre-employment screening in accordance with aviation security regulations.
