We are seeking a dedicated and caring Children's Residential Care Associate to join a therapeutic residential service in Salisbury.
In this role, you will help children develop emotional wellbeing, independence, and positive life skills. You will play a vital part in creating a stable home environment that promotes safety, consistency, and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support children and young people with daily routines and activities
- Promote emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour strategies
- Build strong, trusting relationships with young people
- Support education, leisure, and social development
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary residential care team
- Contribute to care plans and safeguarding responsibilities
Shift Pattern
- Full-time permanent role
- Includes day shifts, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
- Rolling rota for consistency and work-life balance

About You
- Caring, reliable, and committed to supporting children
- Able to remain calm in challenging situations
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in care, youth work, or support roles is helpful but not essential
- A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
- Driver required
