About the Role
HRGO Recruitment are recruiting for a Picker Packer to join a busy warehouse operation based in Hastings. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, offering long-term stability and development for the right candidate.
Role Summary
As a Picker Packer, you will be responsible for efficiently picking, packing, labelling, and preparing customer orders for dispatch. You will work within a fast-paced warehouse environment where accuracy, speed, and attention to detail are essential to ensure customer satisfaction and meet daily targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking products accurately using pick lists or handheld scanners
- Packing items securely and safely for dispatch
- Labelling and preparing orders efficiently
- Checking orders for accuracy before dispatch
- Working towards daily productivity targets
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Reporting any damaged goods, stock discrepancies, or issues
- Supporting colleagues and working as part of a team to meet deadlines
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role preferred
- Good packing experience with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
- Ability to follow health and safety procedures at all times
