As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in delivering outstanding food across staff dining, meeting and event hospitality, and front-of-house catering services.

What you\\'ll be doing

• Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Deliver high-quality, seasonal food with strong attention to detail and presentation
• Maintain consistency across all hospitality and dining services
• Assist with menu development and daily food preparation
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organisation
• Lead, motivate, and support junior team members
• Work collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to deliver seamless service
• Adapt to varying business needs and hospitality demands with a positive and flexible attitude

What you\\'ll need to succeed

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef within high-end hospitality, fine dining, premium corporate dining, or members’ club environments
• Passionate about food, service, and guest experience
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Calm and professional under pressure
• Positive, flexible, and team-oriented approach
• A genuine desire to create memorable dining experiences
