About this role
Support the delivery of donor events in community and workplace settings. Responsibilities include setting up and dismantling event equipment, engaging with the public, performing finger-prick blood typing tests (full training provided), promoting blood donation, and assisting with donor registrations and reporting. This is a flexible, as-and-when role with variable hours, including occasional evenings and weekends. Candidates must have customer service experience, be comfortable with manual handling (up to 13kg), and ideally live within 3060 minutes of Twickenham Donor Centre for short-notice events. Travel expenses and weekend enhancements apply.
