Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our Brampton House District Nursing team at St John and St Elizabeth Hospital, St John’s Wood.

Who we’re looking for

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Substantial experience in acute or community care
  • NHS experience is essential; community experience is a plus (training provided!)
  • Team players who value diversity and holistic care
  • Provide high-quality care to patients in their homes.
  • Support patients with long-term conditions to live independently and confidently.
  • Work alongside a dedicated nursing team to maintain top-quality service.
