Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or similar maintenance role
Competence in multiple trades
Carpentry
Plumbing
Plastering
Painting & decorating
(Additional skills welcomed)
Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to work independently
Full UK driving licence
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team
Dedication to high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service
Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours work
Job Summary
Carry out repairs, maintenance, and improvement works across a wide range of retail, commercial, and domestic properties
Manage both independent tasks and team-based projects
Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
Deliver consistently high standards of workmanship and client satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
Complete a variety of multi-trade repair and maintenance tasks efficiently
Work to deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards
Follow internal procedures and accurately record all required data
Operate company tools and equipment safely
Represent Tarrant Assist with professionalism, integrity, and respect on every site
