Working full-time as a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will
- Follow the national curriculum to ensure children are making good progress, adapting to individual needs
- Support children with their personal, social and emotional development

Lead/assist with activities 1
1 and in small groups
- Work collaboratively with a team of likeminded and dedicated staff
Having good communication and interpersonal skills is essential for this role, and childcare qualifications would be beneficial but not essential.
