Operations Manager

Role Purpose

As an Area Operations Manager for London and the East, you will be a senior leader within Brewhouse & Kitchen at a truly exciting point in our journey. This is a role created to support our ambitious growth plans, with significant investment underway across our high-quality estate and the continued rebranding of every B&K brewpub to reflect the evolving expectations of today’s guests.

Leading a portfolio of 8 Brewpubs, you will set the tone, culture and performance standards across your area. You will be a passionate and visible leader, known for developing high-performing teams and coaching your General Managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences alongside consistently strong commercial results. You will champion operational excellence, ensuring your sites operate safely, legally and compliantly, whilst driving engagement, performance and sustainable growth in line with the B&K Way.

With full ownership of your area P&L, you will be a confident and commercially astute decision maker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proven track record in multi-site leadership. You will celebrate success, whilst holding teams to account and supporting them to continuously improve, playing a key role in shaping the future of Brewhouse & Kitchen.
