Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team for our outdoor cinema. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our kitchen operations, ensuring that food preparation and meal service run smoothly.
Please be advised we have numerous upcoming events taking place in various locations both in & out of London. This job advertisement is to work at our Brighton event taking place from 27 June to 28 June 2026. Please only apply if you are able to work these event dates.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of food & beverages, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
Help with the organisation and cleanliness of the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and maintaining equipment.
Support the catering team during events by preparing ingredients and assembling dishes as required.
Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist in inventory management by helping to receive deliveries and store food items appropriately.
Participate in meal preparation tasks and portioning ingredients.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.
