Your Role at FulfordAt Fulford, you’ll be more than a manager – you’ll be a leader, mentor, and driving force behind high-quality, person-centred care. You'll champion our residents’ wellbeing, guide and inspire your team, and ensure regulatory excellence, all while creating a place our residents are proud to call home.

What your day-to-day could look like:- Lead a passionate team to deliver safe, compassionate, high-standard care in line with CQC guidelines.

• Create an environment where residents thrive, with dignity, independence, and respect at the core.
• Ensure every care plan is personalised, reviewed, and aligned with evolving physical and mental health needs.
• Drive compliance and quality through rigorous audits, safeguarding practices, and responsive risk assessments.
• Recruit, train, and nurture a team of healthcare heroes who bring their best every day.
• Be a strategic thinker who can handle staffing, budgets, complaints, and clinical excellence with confidence.

What You’ll Bring- Proven track record in managing care or nursing homes

• A QCF Level 4 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to achieve this)
• Experience supporting vulnerable client groups and leading multidisciplinary teams
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and the UK care landscape
• A positive, empowering leadership style and a genuine passion for care

You must have the right to work in the UK for at least 12 months
