What skills and experience we're looking for

Medina Primary School is looking to appoint a Year 4 class teacher. We would welcome applications from both experienced and early careers teachers.

We are looking for someone who

  • Is a good teacher, who understands that learning happens best when pupils feel safe, seen and valued through consistent relational practices
  • Contributes to a team of dedicated colleagues committed to raising standards and making a real difference in children’s lives
  • Understands the importance of maintaining a positive ethos through relational practices, both inside and outside the classroom.
  • Has the resolve to make a real difference to the lives of pupils
  • Understands the importance of relationships and relational practices.
