Duties of a

Mobile Service Technician

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles, ensuring high standards of quality and customer service
• Work independently, managing your own schedule to maximise efficiency in repairs and maintenance tasks
• Utilise state-of-the-art tools and technology to deliver exceptional service on-site
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring clear communication throughout each job

Requirements of a

Mobile Service Technician

• NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in automotive repair
• Proven experience as a Mobile Service Vehicle Technician or within a similar role
• Full, valid UK driving licence is essential
• A proactive and self-motivated approach with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service
• Enthusiasm for working with modern automotive technology, including electric vehicles, and committed to continuous professional development
