What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting teaching & learning in lessons across KS3 & KS4
  • Delivering targeted interventions to boost pupil outcomes
  • Assisting with SEN pupil support and adaptive curriculum access
  • Engaging with pupils during enrichment, clubs, and mentoring sessions
  • Liaising with teachers, SENCO and external specialists for pupil progress
  • Creating engaging resources and supporting differentiated learning activities
