What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting teaching & learning in lessons across KS3 & KS4
- Delivering targeted interventions to boost pupil outcomes
- Assisting with SEN pupil support and adaptive curriculum access
- Engaging with pupils during enrichment, clubs, and mentoring sessions
- Liaising with teachers, SENCO and external specialists for pupil progress
- Creating engaging resources and supporting differentiated learning activities
