What You'll Be Doing

Designing, implementing, and evaluating effective whole-school SEND strategies

Leading the SEND team

mentoring, supporting and driving excellence

Coordinating EHCPs and robustly tracking student progress and interventions
Delivering INSET and staff training on inclusive teaching
Collaborating directly with senior leaders, parents, external partners, and agencies
