What You'll Be Doing

  • Shaping whole-school SEND provision policy and strategic vision
  • Coordinating, mentoring, and upskilling an expert team of TAs and keyworkers
  • Designing personalised EHCP, IEP, and intervention frameworks
  • Leading on evidence-informed staff training and SEN best practice
  • Acting as the lead advocate for all vulnerable pupils and families
