About this role
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar prescription or healthcare administrative role, excellent IT proficiency and a warm, professional telephone manner, the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure, and a willingness to cover extra hours to support the team during staff sickness or holiday periods. Previous experience with the SystmOne clinical system is desirable.
