We are seeking a Project Manager to take responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of defined projects.
Operating within the organisation’s project framework, this role ensures projects are delivered on time, to scope and budget, while meeting stakeholder expectations and quality metrics.
Job Description
We are looking for a delivery-focused professional who works closely with delivery teams, business units, and clients to achieve high-quality outcomes.
The Project Manager will play a key role in driving structured change, embedding new processes, standards, and operating models aligned to business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation through to closure, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, time, cost, and quality.
Facilitate the introduction of end-to-end processes, standards, and policies in line with business strategy and agreed scope.
Support the development and implementation of new operating models and appropriate technology solutions.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and resource schedules across delivery teams.
Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues, maintaining accurate RAID logs and project documentation.
Track project costs and support reporting on budget performance, variance, and forecasts.
Plan and maintain clear, regular communication with stakeholders, managing expectations and reporting progress.
Ensure project outputs meet required quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement within the PMO.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Proven experience in end-to-end delivery of business projects.
Familiarity with structured project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2).
Experience using business improvement tools.
Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented and delivery-focused approach.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Confident communicator and effective team collaborator.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
