Senior Quality Management Lead

About this role

The Quality Management Team exist to inspire and empower the Oxleas community to continuously improve experience and outcomes. Responsibilities Provide expert guidance and leadership to directorate(s) teams to ensure robust systems are in place, that directorate(s) are meeting statutory requirements and clinical governance objectives. The post holder will have the skills and ability to manage the quality systems with the objective of ensuring the continual improvement of service effectiveness are embedded. Operate as a point of contact for internal specialist advice and liaison directorate on subjects such as the Care Quality Commission, for matters in relation to clinical effectiveness & assurance. To deputise for the Head of Quality Management as and when required. Line management of junior members of staff. As a senior member of the Trust, the post holder will support the embedding of Trust culture and values into all services. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, staff, and approved agencies ensuring appropriate lines of communication. Present highly complex, sensitive, or contentious information to groups. Motivational/coaching skills to encourage collaborative working to improve services/performance where there may be resistance to change The post holder will be the point of contact and offer expert advice for staff, on any matters relating to quality and governance.
