Single Point of Access Administrator

About this role

The Single Point of Access Administrator plays a key role in the effective operation of One You Kent, providing a central administrative and contact function for the service. The post holder manages referrals, responds to enquiries, maintains accurate records, and books appointments, ensuring clients and professionals receive a timely, professional, and person-centred service while supporting the achievement of performance targets, data quality standards, and contractual requirements. The role is responsible for receiving, processing, triaging, and allocating referrals in line with service pathways and agreed timescales, alongside maintaining accurate client records and handling confidential information in accordance with GDPR and information governance requirements. It also includes managing correspondence, supporting appointment scheduling, and ensuring all activity and outcomes are recorded to support monitoring and reporting. Working closely with the SPOA Lead and wider teams, the post holder supports service flow and capacity, assists with performance monitoring, contributes to reporting and documentation, and provides administrative support for meetings. The role also includes providing flexible cover for colleagues as needed. In addition, the post holder ensures compliance with service policies and contractual obligations, supports audits and data quality checks, and contributes to continuous service improvement by identifying and helping to implement process efficiencies.
