The unit have a family-focused philosophy in which staff and parents work together in partnership to provide the highest standards of care and we actively support developmental care. We look forward to gaining team members who will embrace our innovative nursing styles including developmental care, breastfeeding support and discharge planning. There are opportunities to develop clinical skills in a highly supportive environment, with a Practice Educator and Advanced Nurse Practitioner in post. There is also the opportunity to rotate in to the community working with the community neonatal sister. We are a friendly, caring and supportive unit and we will support your professional development both in practice and accessing relevant specialist courses.
