Fabric Engineer | Foot Mobile Zone 1 & 2
Are you a proactive maintenance professional who takes pride in keeping a building running smoothly? We are looking for a reliable Fabric Engineer to join the onsite facilities team on a foot mobile contract.

Your Day-to-Day
You will be the "go-to" person for all building fabric requirements. This is a hands-on role covering a variety of reactive tasks and planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
Your responsibilities will include

Carpentry & Ironmongery
Adjusting door closures, fixing locks, and hanging doors.

General Repairs
Replacing damaged ceiling tiles and flooring.

Decoration
Patch plastering and touch-up painting to keep the site looking its best.

Reactive Tasks
Responding quickly to various "handyman" requests from the client.

Health & Safety
Ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard and in compliance with site safety regulations.
What We're Looking For

Experience
Previous experience as a Fabric Engineer or Handyperson in a commercial environment (hospitals, universities, or large corporate offices).
- NVQ in Carpentry, Plumbing or Painting ideal
