About the Role

A leading educational institution is seeking a passionate and dedicated Plumbing Lecturer to join their team. In this role, you will deliver engaging lessons that empower students to develop their plumbing skills, ensuring they are well-prepared for their future careers in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching in plumbing principles and practices.
• Develop and assess lesson plans and curriculum materials.
• Support students in both practical and theoretical learning.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workshop environment.
• Engage with industry partners to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in plumbing or equivalent.
• Relevant industry experience in plumbing.
• Teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one.
• Additional certifications in relevant areas are advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to student development and learning.

Experience Requirements

• Experience in teaching or training in the plumbing sector.
• Proven ability to engage and motivate students.
• Experience in developing curriculum materials is preferred.
