MK College Group have an exciting new opportunity for an Advanced Quality Practitioner (Prison Services).This role would be covering the following prison locations -HMP Exeter, HMP Channings Wood, HMP The Verne, HMP Portland, HMP Winchester.
As a valued member of the Quality team, you will drive improvements in teaching, learning and assessmentthrough identifying and developing models to share best practice, effectively coaching colleagues and planning and delivering engaging CPDsessions. You will be innovative and demonstrate exemplary teaching and assessment practice. You will use a range of strategies to identify where we can improve our provision to ensure our teachers are well equipped to provide teaching and learning that support our learners to make sustained and substantial progress.
In this role there is an expectation that you are working within the south region four to five days per week to maintain high levels of engagement and operational oversight.
Your place of work will be the prison which is closest to your home address. Where you are required to travel to an alternative prison for the purposes of a visit, you should ensure that you take the most cost-effective form of travel, including the use of public transport as appropriate
