About the Role

More2Nurseries is a values-led nursery group in Greenwich, with two Ofsted Outstanding settings. We are recruiting an Early Years Degree Apprentice to join our team with an immediate nursery start, ahead of a September 2027 degree programme start.

This is a paid learn-while-you-earn opportunity combining nursery experience with university study.

You will

Work 3 days per week in nursery

Study 2 days per week with a university/training provider. One day at University and 7 hours at work during the week

Complete a full Early Years degree (2–3 years)

Gain experience in Outstanding early years settings

Be paid while training

We fund tuition fees only for the degree programme. Living costs (travel, accommodation, personal expenses) are not included.

We also have a strong partnership with the University of Greenwich, supporting progression and curriculum development.

Suitability Period

All candidates must complete a 6-month probation period before progressing onto the degree apprenticeship. Progression is subject to performance, commitment, and course acceptance.

Entry Requirements

Level 3 qualification in Early Years or related field (e.g. Health & Social Care, Education)

GCSEs grade 4+ in English, Maths and Science

Minimum 2 years nursery/early years experience

Right to work in the UK
