Full Time – 4 Days Per Week
More2Childcare Nursery Greenwich is looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our nursery team as an Unqualified Nursery Practitioner Apprentice, working directly towards a Level 3 Early Years qualification.
This is not a Level 2 route — candidates must be academically capable of completing a Level 3 course alongside full-time work. The apprenticeship takes a minimum of 12 months to complete.
We would also like to hear from candidates who already hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care and are looking to begin a career in Early Years.
Important
We are unable to sponsor candidates for UK work visas. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
Salary
- £8.25 per hour for school leavers
- £12.81 per hour for candidates with previous work experience and transferable skills
Salary increases once qualification achieved.
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for working with children
- Good communication and written English
- Reliable, professional and willing to learn
- Ability to complete Level 3 coursework and professional documentation
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
GCSE English and Maths Grade 4/C or above are desirable.
Location Requirement
Due to the importance of punctuality and reliability, candidates should ideally live within a one-hour commute of SE10 9EQ.
