About this role
To be responsible for the care of a group of patients during the shift. To be one of a team of named nurses, caring for a particular group of patients. Assists in meeting the requirements of the Clinical Governance programe pertaining to the ward. Assists in coordinating discharge planning in accordance with London North West Healthcare Trust policy.
