- Develop and implement engaging, differentiated lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of SEN students
- Provide individualized support and guidance to help students reach their full potential
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development
- Maintain detailed records and communicate regularly with parents/guardians
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
